Online Return Policy

This policy applies to online purchases only! 

Our store fronts have a separate return policy.

All qualifying merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.  In order for you to receive either store credit or an exchange, the item must be received either by mail or at any of our store fronts within 14 days. We will not be able to accept any items that have been in your possession for longer than 14 days from the date of purchase.  All sale items are a FINAL sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We strive to deliver outstanding customer service at all times and ask that in order for items to be eligible for a return and no need for questions, that the item being returned to us be in the same condition as when you received the item (i.e., tags attached, unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, pet hair & cigarette smells). In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your expense or donate the ineligible item to a local charity of our choice.
