*Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel/refund the order.*
All eligible returns must be returned to one of our store locations or via mail within 14 days of the delivery date. All eligible items MUST be returned in the condition in which they were received. Items should be returned with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, free of pet hair, and free of any scents. If any item is returned to us in used condition, we are subject to send it back to you at your expense or donate the item to a local charity of our choice. We do NOT offer refunds for returned merchandise. You will be provided the option of an exchange or an online gift card.
