Online Return and Refund Policy

Not what you expected? It’s okay - we can help…

We hope you love your online purchase, but if it’s not what you expected - simply send your item back. Please note this is ONLY FOR ONLINE purchases.  All in store purchases fall under the return policy posted within our stores.  We extend the timeframe for online due to shipping.

Our online refund policy lasts 14 days. If 15 days have past by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In addition, no online purchases can be returned to the store for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging and tags
  • All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
  • Items are received within 14 days from the original purchase date
  • All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned. Due to health reasons, all intimate or sanitary goods are FINAL SALE. Also, ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. In addition, any hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

To complete your online return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return an item by mail, please fill out our Return Policy and Form and attach the bottom portion to the outside of your box and mail it to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 5 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail at info@mollymalonesboutique.com or by phone at 704-775-4475.

Please do not send your online purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) Once your online return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 15 business days. You will need to check your bank/credit card account to see the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mollymalonesboutique.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mollymalonesboutique.com and send your item to:
