Refund policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? Don’t sweat it, with our easy-to-use return/exchange policy, we strive to make your experience as smooth as possible.

We have a 10 business day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

To start a return, you must first contact us at mollymalonesboutique@gmail.com  within 10 business days to let us know you are sending the item(s) to us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 218 E Front St Statesville NC 28677, Attention: Returns Department

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If item(s)are not returned in these conditions, we will have to send it back to you and unfortunately not be able to approve the request.

If your return is accepted please note that you are responsible for all costs for having the item(s) shipped back to Molly Malone's Boutique. If you are requesting an exchange please be sure to provide to us instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, that way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

*All sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange*

To make the transaction smooth for you, we recommend sending your items through USPS, UPS or FedEx and have the package insured in the event of loss or theft. Please be sure to make a note of the tracking number as well.

Store Credit: When your items arrive back to us, they will be processed within 5 business days.  Once they are processed, you will receive store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges.

We kindly ask that you do not send your online purchase back to the manufacturer.
